Whether we are thirsty or not.
Generally, try to drink water at least 3 liters a day. These 3 liters of liquid can be combined in every kind of fluid. Although it also depends on your environment, because nowadays many people work in the air conditioner room where sweat is not equal. In such an environment, drink little less at least 2litres. Excess drinking water can affect your kidney also.
