    Amla is the best source of vitamin C. It helps in stimulating hair growth, both volume, and lengthwise. The common reasons for hair fall are iron deficiency. Amla contains Vitamin C and Iron which helps for Controlling Hair Loss & Hair Fall. It also helps for removing dandruff from the scalp.

    How To Use

    Buy amla powder available at any herbal store. Add 2 teaspoons of powder into an equal quantity of lemon juice. Mix well, apply this mixture on your scalp and leave it to dry. Then wash it off with warm water. Apply this mixture on the scalp twice a week.

    GreenTea

    Green tea contains the antioxidant which helps strengthens your hair follicle, control split ends and softens your hair.

    How To Use

    Brew two green tea bags in the hot water and cool down the water. Now remove the tea bags, and then apply it to your scalp and hair. Keep it for around an hour then wash your hair. Otherwise, after shampooing your hair, you can use this green tea solution as a conditioner. Repeat the procedure twice a week.

    Aloe Vera
