    Atta Chakuli/Sweet Wheat flour pancake

    Ingredients (1cup= 300ml)

    • 1 cup Wheat flour
    • 2 tablespoon Jaggery
    • 1 tablespoon fennel seeds
    • 1¾ cup water or as required
    • 1 teaspoon salt
    • Oil as required (for roasting)

    Instructions For Making  Atta Chakuli/Sweet Wheat flour pancake

    • In a mixing bowl take wheat flour, Jaggery, salt and fennel seeds.

    • Add water then whisk this mixture with water very well. Make sure there should be no lumps.

    • The batter is neither thick nor thin. It should have the medium consistency.
    • Take a hot tawa or nonstick pan and sprinkle teaspoon oil.

    • Pour the wheat batter over the hot tawa in a round shape.

    • Cook it in a medium flame, till it turns into golden brown on both sides of the base of Atta Chakuli/Sweet Wheat flour pancake.

    • Now Atta Chakuli/Sweet Wheat flour pancake is ready to serve with any pickle, chutney or any vegetable curry.
