Atta Chakuli/Sweet Wheat flour pancake

Ingredients (1cup= 300ml)
- 1 cup Wheat flour
- 2 tablespoon Jaggery
- 1 tablespoon fennel seeds
- 1¾ cup water or as required
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Oil as required (for roasting)
Instructions For Making Atta Chakuli/Sweet Wheat flour pancake
- In a mixing bowl take wheat flour, Jaggery, salt and fennel seeds.
- Add water then whisk this mixture with water very well. Make sure there should be no lumps.
- The batter is neither thick nor thin. It should have the medium consistency.
- Take a hot tawa or nonstick pan and sprinkle teaspoon oil.
- Pour the wheat batter over the hot tawa in a round shape.
- Cook it in a medium flame, till it turns into golden brown on both sides of the base of Atta Chakuli/Sweet Wheat flour pancake.
- Now Atta Chakuli/Sweet Wheat flour pancake is ready to serve with any pickle, chutney or any vegetable curry.
