    • Constipation is also one of the causes of a pimple, as the body’s toxic material will not get clean & likely to cause pimples on the face. Therefore its advisable to add whole grains and greens to your diet & drink more water.

    1. Wash your face with face wash.
    2. Take a small pot of water. Boil it properly.
    3. Cover your head & face with a towel.
    4. Place your face close to the steaming water.

    Lemon

    Lemon is a great source of vitamin C which helps to dry up pimples very early. It will help to flush oil from the skin & due to its citric acid presence it can reduce bacteria.

    How To Use

    1. Initially Clean the affected area.
    2. Mix 2 tbsp of lemon juice with 1 tbsp of cinnamon powder.
    3. Apply this mixture to the affected area before going to bed and leave it for the whole night.
    4. Wash the face with lukewarm water in the morning.

    Baking Soda

    Generally, baking soda is not advisable for treating acne. It’s because everyone’s skin is different. Therefore it’s good practice to apply a small patch of soda on your skin for testing. Antibacterial properties of Baking soda helps to remove dead skin cells and it balances the pH level of the skin at an optimum level.

    1. Take 1tbsp of baking soda then make a smooth paste by adding water.
    2. Apply this mixture with your fingers on the pimples area Leave it on for about five minutes.
    3. Don’t keep baking soda for a longer period of time as it will cause irritation.
    4. Clean it with warm water.

    Cucumber

    Cucumber is the source of vitamins A, B1, C and potassium. Presence of potassium in cucumber can absorb the heats and gives coolness to the skin. It helps in developing skin cells from acne, due to the presence of silica in it.

    How To Use

    1. Take 1 small cucumber and cut down into small pieces.
    2. Grind it in a blender.
    3. Apply it on the face about 20 minutes. 
    4. Clean the face with normal water.

     Apply this mixture on the face twice a week.

    Toothpaste

    Antibacterial properties of toothpaste play an important role in the treatment of pimples. It helps dries out the pimples quickly because it contains hydrogen peroxide, baking soda, essential oils, alcohol.

    1. Take toothpaste by using a cotton bud.
    2. Apply a thick layer of toothpaste on that pimples.
    3. You can leave it an overnight.

    Use only ordinary white toothpaste. Avoid gel based one.

    Papaya

    Papaya is a combination of vitamin A, B, C and essential minerals. It will help to remove excel oil. The enzyme present in the papaya make the face smooth and remove dead skin cells. Also, it has beta-carotene which will make your skin cells healthy.

    How To Use

    1. Take one small size ripe papaya.
    2. Cut it into small pieces and mash it properly.
    3. Add 1-2 tbsp, honey. Mix it properly.
    4. Apply the face mask on face. Leave it on for 30 minutes.Clean it with cold water.

    Apply this mask on the face twice a week.
