Ingredients
3Eggs
1 chopped medium size onions
2 chopped Green chilies
1Tomato
1Carrot
15-20 Sweet corns
1tbsp Ginger garlic paste
1tbsp Turmeric powder
½ tbsp pepper powder
1tbsp Garam masala powder
Salt to taste
Oil
Paniyaram pan
Instructions For Making Egg Vada
- Take chopped onions, green chilies, chopped tomatoes, chopped carrots and sweet corns into a bowl.
- You can add chopped green beans, chopped capsicums, chopped potatoes for more taste.
- Add turmeric powder, Ginger garlic paste, pepper powder, Garam masala powder and Salt into a bowl.
- Mix all these ingredients properly.
- Breaks the eggs in the same bowl and whisk the eggs with above ingredients until frothy.
- Take hot Paniyaram pan and Grease 3-4 drops of oil into each hole of the pan.
- Pour 2 tbsp of egg mixture into each hole of the pan.
- Allow it to cook for 1minute in a slow flame by covering the mixture.
- Again flip into other side and cover it for 1 minute.
- Now you will see egg mixtures swollen like vada and ready to serve with tomato sauce, chili sauce or any other chutney.
