Ingredients

3Eggs

1 chopped medium size onions

2 chopped Green chilies

1Tomato

1Carrot

15-20 Sweet corns

1tbsp Ginger garlic paste

1tbsp Turmeric powder

½ tbsp pepper powder

1tbsp Garam masala powder

Salt to taste

Instructions For Making Egg Vada

  • Take chopped onions, green chilies, chopped tomatoes, chopped carrots and sweet corns into a bowl.

  • You can add chopped green beans, chopped capsicums, chopped potatoes for more taste.
  • Add turmeric powder, Ginger garlic paste, pepper powder, Garam masala powder and Salt into a bowl.

  • Mix all these ingredients properly.
  • Breaks the eggs in the same bowl and whisk the eggs with above ingredients until frothy.

  • Take hot Paniyaram pan and Grease 3-4 drops of oil into each hole of the pan.
  • Pour 2 tbsp of egg mixture into each hole of the pan.

  • Allow it to cook for 1minute in a slow flame by covering the mixture.
  • Again flip into other side and cover it for 1 minute.

  • Now you will see egg mixtures swollen like vada and ready to serve with tomato sauce, chili sauce or any other chutney.
