How to make sugar Syrup
- In medium flame heat Sugar and water in a pot until it dissolves fully in water.
- Make sure this syrup should be sticky.
- After that, you need to keep the syrup in a warm state in order to avoid crystals in syrup.
- To achieve this takes another pot with some water. Boil it & after that place the sugar syrup in hot water.
Making Malpuas:
- Heat ghee or oil in a pan.
- Once the ghee is hot, lower the flame.
- Take 2-3 tbsp of batter & gently pour it in ghee. The batter will be spread as per its consistency.
- Similarly, pour batter for more Malpua’s based on your fry pan size.
- Fry it till you get golden yellow, and after that flip them.
- Once another side will also get ready, remove them from oil. Try to remove excess oil from Malpua.
- Place them in warm sugar syrup, deep it properly and then remove from the syrup.
- Put them in a tray and garnish them. You can put Rabri on top of it if you want. Otherwise, you can simply put chopped Pista and Almond.
